What do I do once I have purchased my online entry tickets?

Once you have Purchased your tickets you will receive an E-mail confirmation. Please take note or Screenshot the four digit Order confirmation Number as you will be asked for this on entry. You will not receive tickets in the post.

Do we allow dogs in the farm?

We do NOT allow dogs into the farm. Guide dogs for the blind and assistance dogs for guests with additional needs are allowed on park provided they are up to date with vaccinations and are wearing equipment that clearly shows they are assistance dogs.

Can I bring a picnic to the Farm?

Guests are able to bring their own picnics to the park which can be eaten on our outdoor picnic benches located throughout the park. If you wish to leave a picnic in the car to collect at lunchtime, you can leave the park and re-enter as long as you have your Order Confirmation to hand.

How long do I allow for my visit?

It totally depends on the individual! We have a daily timetable of activities which includes the Lamb feeding twice a day, Pet Handling twice a day, Tractor and trailer rides and The rodeo ride open at 1pm. Other attractions include indoor and outdoor sand pits, swing boats, Pedal boats, Outdoor Slides and play area, Go karts, Pedal tractors, Coin operated Childrens bikes, Nature walk, crazy golf.

Are there any extra charges?

Yes. We charge £4 per go kart, £2 for the Rodeo Ride and we have £1 coin operated bikes for younger children. We hire the golf club and balls for a £1 deposit, this will be returned to you when the golf club is returned to reception

Do you offer free entry for carers of disabled visitors?

Yes we do. Disabled visitors pay our standard admission prices and this automatically includes an accompanying carer free of charge. Our staff are trained to never assume a disability so proof of disability is required to get your free carer place. This can be any of the following forms of documentation;

  • Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
  • Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
  • Blue Badge (photo ID required)
  • Signed letter from GP (photo ID required)
  • Access Card

Documentation should be dated within the last 24 months.

When purchasing tickets online just select an adult, child or senior standard admission ticket for the disabled visitor and then add a note to let us know there will be a caring coming too. Bring proof of disability as outlined above with you on the day.
